Bricks stuffed with feta cheese and mint

A Must-do recipe ! 


Ingredients :
- feta cheese (100g)
- A little bit of Mozarella cheese (around a handful)
- few leaves of fresh minced mint 
- brick pastry 
- pepper
- one egg

In a bowl, mix fetacheese, mozarella cheese and the leaves of mint.
Add the beaten egg to liquid the mixture
Put a little bit of pepper in it (but do not add salt, because the cheese is already salted)
Stuff the brick pastry with the mix and make them fry


PS : In England, there is no "emmental" but you can use it instead of mozarella. Nevertheless, it will be less melted
