Here is a product that you can easily find next to pizzas, pies and other "quiches" in all bakeries of South of France. This recipe with Mediterranean flavour can be made very quickly and be served either as a starter or for a quick lunch. You can eat it cold or warm.


Ingredients :
- 2 puff pastries
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 2 spoons of tomato sauce
- grated cheese



Cut the onion and cook them 
Take the seeds out of the peppers
Add the tomatoes that you've already cut them into pieces
Add the tomato sauce and the cheese
Melt until it becomes homogeneous
Take the first puff pastry and put the vegetable mix on the pastry
Put the second pastry and with it, cover the first, as if you were making a pie
Bake it in the oven
